We Support Hearts
Painful emotions can feel overwhelming. With empathy and skill, we guide you in understanding your feelings, helping you respond thoughtfully and restore comfort in relationships and daily life.
We Foster Spirits
Some challenges stem from emotional wounds, others have a spiritual core. We help you recognize the difference, ensuring each difficulty receives the proper kind of care, so genuine healing and deeper faith can emerge.
Our Mission
At Irvine Family Counseling, our mission is to heal hearts and strengthen bonds, one person at a time. We are dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families overcome trauma and build meaningful connections. Through compassionate therapy, we strive to create a world where every relationship thrives and no one is held back by past wounds. Our goal is to empower you to reach your fullest potential, fostering resilience, understanding, and lasting love.
When Did We Open our Practice?
Irvine Family Counseling was started in 2017 and has been growing ever since. Truly a lifetime in the making, Irvine Family Counseling is the product, and the epitome, of a great labor of love underneath extensive educational pursuits extending back 10 years.
We attribute our growth to a variety of factors:
The immediate support and practical feedback we give.
Our reputation, which we work hard to earn through word-of-mouth referrals.
Our trustworthiness, demonstrated through our embodiment of Catholic/ Christian ideals
Our ability to listen to our clients on multiple levels, both to what is said and not said.
Our flexibility with busy schedules, and our comfortably furnished, accessible offices (that helps!)
“We began with a vision to create a world where individuals conquer their mental health, couples form unbreakable bonds, and families live peacefully together.”
Why Did We Open our Practice?
We care about the millions of people in the U.S. who are affected by mental illness each year:
- We have conducted over 15,000 appointments in the last 4 years
- We have been in business for 8 years
- Collectively, we have treated over 250 mental health conditions
“We want to create change now for future generations to come.”

We don’t take advantage of your finances
We offer flat rates regardless of socioeconomic status and may offer financial accommodations based on need.
We consult and refer when necessary
Using non-identifying information to protect our client’s privacy, we do this to improve our skills when it will benefit our work with our clients.
We stay current with the research
We stay abreast of changes within the field, maintain relevant standards of scholarship, and present accurate information.
We defend you
When appropriate we advocate for your mental health care and will challenge denials of care, or denials of payment for your care, by insurers.
We keep our therapy private
Your personal experiences do not belong to us. If we have to share your experiences with a third party, we will inform you of the extent and limits of what is shared.
We take our therapy hat off sometimes
Sometimes we disclose personal information honestly and in ways that you can best understand which are not for reasons of our personal interest or gain.
