Healing Through Insight
and Relationship
Psychodynamic therapy (or psychoanalysis) is the cornerstone of our approach to profound, lasting healing. This method allows us to delve into the unconscious drives, unresolved conflicts, and hidden motivations that shape your behaviors and relational challenges. We work collaboratively to uncover how past experiences influence your current interactions, particularly through the lens of transference—the projection of old relationship patterns onto the therapeutic relationship. By bringing these patterns to light, we help you identify and break free from maladaptive behaviors (countertransference), replacing them with healthier, more constructive ways of relating to others.
In our faith-based practice, we view the therapeutic relationship as a powerful vessel for transformation. As we work together to uncover and heal deep-rooted emotional wounds, we trust in God’s transformative power to guide you on the path to healing and reconciliation. This integration of psychodynamic therapy and faith offers the opportunity to rebuild internal structures, find peace, and experience healthier relationships, both with yourself and others. Through this process, you can move toward lasting emotional freedom and spiritual growth.
Theory of Change
True transformation occurs when individuals gain insight into unresolved issues from their past, leading to a deeper understanding of their emotional and relational struggles. In this process, you will be empowered to let go of old, unhelpful patterns and embrace new, more adaptive ways of connecting with others.
